Welcome!Ladies in Animal Science South Africa is a platform to help promote and develop successful women in the agricultural industry in South Africa.
We are a professional group of ladies that gather on a social basis to encourage achievement in scholarship, leadership and service to the industry, as well as the further development of excellence in ladies pursuing careers in agriculture.
We envision ourselves as being an organisation that fosters excellence and professional development despite the challenges we face. We also encourage networking and mentorship roles for women leading the industry.
Agriculture is a great career choice and us ladies are making great strides in contributing to the success of the industry. By increasing the awareness of the giant possibilities in providing Africa with food we can make agriculture cool and sexy!
